Thanks so much it eventually eased up during that day but I still get some shooting pains here n there will b seeing doc this week!
Sorry, but I can't tell you what is wrong.
People with cervical spine disease often have lumbar spine disease that goes unnoticed because cervical pain masks the lumbar pain. When cervical pain is reduced, the low back pain comes on like wildfire.
I hope the pain is reduced by now, but see your spine/pain doctor for examination and diagnosis.
