Yes! you can control her eating ,you buy the food in the house so you buy healthy and let her eat whatever she wants... only in your fridge and cupboards will be fruit and carrot sticks and healthy dip, Yoghourts , jello is great,there are many books on healthy cooking get her making up some meals , take her to the store and let her choose some foods, only all healthy.If you are concerned about any disorder a visit to the Doctor would be the best thing .Visit our healthy cooking Forum and ask for recipes she can help you with.Ask the rest of the family to go healthy aswell ,overweight or not.
