I would put her in charge of making her own special dinner. If she wants chicken nuggets you can find fairly healthy ones in the freezer section and she can defrost and microwave them, and you can make a big batch of spaghetti and freeze individual portions, and at dinner time she can come into the kitchen and fix her portion before the family sits down to eat.
Honeycomb cereal is pretty good, I'd offer her bananas or strawberries in it (she may not like that) and limit the toaster strudels to occasionally because WOW are they fat.
I agree with both of you, actually I dont find the foods you put in your post as extremely unhealthy, I have heard worse, there are a good few protein foods in the meatballs and chicken ,maybe she could use some more veg but kids dont always like veg they do eat more of it as they get older.I did same thing with my children, we ate differant things, its a matter of how disciplined you want to be, my mom used to get on my case told me I was soft, but hey it worked out as they got older they went vegitarian .
