Complex Little Girl

Looking for any advice, guidance, theories, we are under a nuerologists care, he is just hard to reach. Would really appreciate anything... Savannah is 3 1/2 and has had GERD, allergies and behavior issues all her life but most of the other symptoms are new. She is social and smart but has all of this going on. She had an MRI in Feb that showed brain abnormalities and trouble with her sinuses, I think? Doc couldn't tell me much more except he thinks shes has 70% risk of having more seizures and that they want another MRI in 6 months.

1 known seizure
Asthma, mostly under control with Flovent
GERD, under control with Prevacid and diet
Says she hears a beep..beep.beep when going to bed.
Says she needs to get the sticks out of her nose
Says she needs to get the seeds out of her ears
Talks non-stop and I mean like she's manic, ALL day
Sensitive to loud noises
Sensitive /easily offended by smells
Out of control behavior despite consistent discipline
A sweet kid who just looses it and can't get it back sometimes
Shakes in anger and frustration
Sneaky, steals and lies a lot
Is pale quite often
Gets sick all the time
Takes forever to get well
Allergic to most things

Maybe she's having siezure while going to sleep. Some siezures do not look like a siezure. My son has partial siezures. He was daignosed at 3.Now 7. Been on and off siezure meds 4 years. When off his behavior was awful. They lack rest, sleep,Very crabby. Also some siezure meds help with mood stabilizing. The Gerd for my son is best when allergies asthma is treated. At night the post nasal drip goes into belly causes stomach upset. My son had similar symtoms. Good luck.....
