My 3 yo went to bed with a barking dry cough last night and not looking very well.  This morning he still has the cough but the whole right side of his face is swollen and red.  His ear, his eye his lip and cheek.  I'm keeping an eye on it to see if it starts on the left side too.  No fever.  He's not feeling well in himself.

Have no idea what it might be!  Quite worried.  Any Ideas?

Thank you for getting back to me!  I called NHS Direct and they sent me to out of hours GP.  He THINKS he might have an infection of his skin on his face (?!) so he's on anti-biotics to see how he goes.  GP has no idea how it's happened though
