I am all for herbal anything as long as it suits you , is it for a child ? I have heard recently about Synaptol they say its good. I also believe that food supplementation works vitamin/mineral supplement anti oxidants VitC and Bcomplex help .Today's epidemic of attention problems in children have been linked to everything from artificial additives to preservatives in food ,food allergies ,heavy metals and pesticides , and I think some are responsible .Parents and teachers today seem to believe that any child who wriggles in his/her seat and willfully defies his teacher's rules has ADHD /ADD   my opinion is that yes sometimes there is a need for drugs but it has to be a last option not the first option.. .
