past head injury/swollen lymph nodes

my 2 year old hit her head hard and since then has protruding lymph nodes on each side of her kneck. also has sores now developing and was told they were clogged follicles, but she's getting more of them.  should i take her back to doctor's?

My answer has to be yes not because I think she is badly injured but because I believe its best to eire on the safe side with a child .Where are the sores ? How is she in her self does she eat well ,seem happy?
