Milk allergy??

My 16 month old son had reflux that he seemed to outgrow, he also had a milk allergy and horrible respiratory problems last winter.  He has been burping and spitting up quite a bit lately and I am wondering if maybe he is still having reflux as a symptom to a milk allergy?  If I try cutting out cow's milk, what do I use in it's place and do I cut it out of everything?

Hi Tiff we too had a similar problem and switced to soy milk.  Be sure to put your children on organic soy milk due to supply and demand they are sticking all sorts of pesticides and chemicals to get the soy to grow faster.  I would hate for you to switch to soy and your children get something worse from that milk.
Take care good luck.

my daugther had the same problem and i stopped giving her cows milk and switched to soy milk and she loved it plus soy milk has different flavors and its all natural. cows milk is thicker than soy milk and so when i gave it to her she would gag and cough because at the time she had rsv and stills has respiratory problems to this day.
