What do you think this might be. Granddaughter age 4 as what looks like a bug bite on the top side of her foot. It is surrounded by a red circle. It does not itch.
Is there anything still in the skin anything may look like a tick needs pulling out, if not could have been a bug, also could be ring worm, you say it doesn't hurt of sting. it will need some treatment if it is anything like ring worm,so I really would take her to the doctor to have it checked out ..god luck let us know what they say .
