Short stature

My son is 12 years old,he is only 137 cm height,I did for him all the tests needed,everything seems normal,his hgh is in the normal range.his bone age is for a 10 year old boy.can u tell me if this is normal and what can ido to help him

Its probably genetic, or a deficiency of growth hormone ,I expect if they have checked him out they would know this .It is sometimes possible to treat with shots of growth hormone ,but the doctor would have suggested it had he thought it the way to go.You could ask him if there is anything you can do .
