Something missing

My 15month old daughter only gained 2 oz. since her 12mo. visit - weighing in at 19lbs. 1.65oz and 29.33inches.  This puts her just below the curve for her "weight for age"  I'm not very concerned about the percentiles, but not gaining over a 3month period is more problematic than where she falls on the charts.  Her pediatrician suggested giving her oil on her foods and higher fat options.  My concern is that no one seems to be looking at the whole picture.  This lack of growth coupled with other symptoms must add up to something, but her ped is treating each condition separately.  At 12months she had a CBC that was recently done again to confirm the results - she had low absolute neutrophils (1000ish) and high RDW.  Her ped referred us to a hematologist we'll be seeing in October.  The first set of blood work also revealed anemia which was corrected with iron supplements.  She also had low IGa - which hasn't been rechecked yet (they are waiting to do it with her next blood draw).  I fel like that is too many independent problems and that all of this must add up to something bigger.  I'm not sure if it is relevant, but I have celiacs disease and graves disease.  I've had her tested for both (hence the IGa) but nothing came of the other tests.  Also, she's not a very good sleeper - she has always woken up a lot at night and recently I weaned her from breastmilk (only at night) in hopes she would sleep better - no such luck.  Can someone please help me to connect the dots.  Her ped. has been very slow to provide help and i've had to really push for the extra appts and bloodwork.  Any guidance would really help.  Thanks

Thank you for your prompt response.  As a worried parent I find myself identifying with all sort of symptoms - regardless of if she truly has them lol.  I will certainly ask the hematologist about Shwachman.  From what I've read the symptoms are mixed - anemia she did have, low white blood cells she did have - but no pancreatic involvement from what I know or can tell.  Aside from sleeping poorly (which may just be her thing) she acts perfectly normal and happy as ever.  Though the symptoms did list bone abnormalities - when she was born the doctor told us her ribs "curved in" more than average, but not to be concerned.  Maybe it's related.    Any other takers?  I'm hoping it's something simpler lol.

Look at the symptoms for Shwachman sydrome and see if it could fit. It's a syndrome associated with low neutrophiles, slow growth. Ask the hematologist about it.
