7 week baby having siezures

She is 7 weeks old and just had her 2nd EEG. The first one while awake showed a few spikes. She then went for a MRI (sedated) and that was normal. The 2nd done tuesday the 12th, the pediatrician said that there was abnormal brain activity in the central brain for 1 1/2 minutes. She has had a few seizures lasting no longer than a minute, but never in the presence of a doctor. These seizures consisted of rapid eye twitching, her face conroted and raising of of one arm. This happened while she was asleep, then when it was over she went into a deep sleep. So, why is the abnormal activity in the central portion of her brain and not in the left or right side? Does this test indicate something wrong or should it be done again?
