WORRYING ABOUT MY SON'S PENIS SIZE

Dear Doctor,

My son is aged 11 years and his penis size is one inch in lenght.  Do I need to worry? I am shocked to see that his penis is short.  What kind of a doctor should I approach for this condition?  Urologists or a normal medical practitioner.  Please Help me.
