My head hurts like a migrain the presure from a cough also makes my head hurt bad if i move my eyes left right up or down that

also is pain....

caffeine helps with my migraines a shot or two of espresso and i feel better. I have figured out my triggers for them and as soon as I start to get one I act on it and that helps alot also.
If they get really bad you can talk to your doctor :)
good Luck and also one more question how long have you had it for ? Have you gotten them in past?
Sometimes a sinus infection feels like a migraine also. You said when you cough or move your head it hurts does your check bones and by your eyes do you feel pressure ?

Migraine can be very painful, you can look up some natural cures or ask the Doctor  for medication, it may also be allergies have you tried taking an anti histimine ..We do have a headache and Migraine forum on Med Help take a look folks there may have ideas for you ...good Luck
