hi ~ first I would suggest you get in and see a urogynecologist to see exactly what is going on with your organs and if you have a prolapse. This sounds like pelvic floor dysfunction which can be helped with physical/physio therapy which your uro/gyn should be able to give you a referral for this treatment. In the mean time I would suggest placing a heated rice pack on the painful area and elevating your knees to a level above your hips in order to make the muscles of the pelvic floor calm down...I too had this hip pain and still do get it when my pelvic floor muscles go into spasms so it would be worth trying the suggestions while waiting to get in to see your urogynecologist for further investigation on what is going on. Good luck!

Hi there.  Just to let you know this is a prolapse forum.. have you been told you have prolapse at all or had any abdominal operations?
This kind of pain needs to be investigated as from what you say it really is very painful.  Best to get it checked out.
I wish you luck with this
