TCA 50% Burn accident

I've been living with these dollar coin size raised, black  kiloid scars on my arms  that I got from using a TCA 50%(I purchased online). It was the dumbest decision I have ever made due to my desperate nature to remove pea size light brown scars, and I'm paying for it because I suffer especially during the summer time because I don't wear short sleeve or 3/4 tops. This incident has effected every aspect of my life because I'm limited to so many things psychologically and physically.Sometimes I think obout buying a scaple and removing them myself but I can't because I'm not a surgeon, and I could die.I just want them removed so that I can have a normal life.Somebody, especially an expert that might know were I can get a probono reconstructive surgery.PLEASEHELPME!  :(
