sleep deprived

I'm 36 weeks 3 days and have been unable to sleep for more than an hour at a time no matter how tired I am. my mind won't shut off and I can't stop thinking about labour and the weeks going so slow,  even though it's my second child I'm super anxious and need relaxation tips if anyone has any to offer.

I have had a hard time sleeping my entire life and its been steadily worse being pregnant. Sometimes I take a shower and then try to sleep which helps. Having a noise machine or the tv on really low helps me not think so much I cant sleep. Always having something cold to drink by the bed, a humidifier, and a fan also help alot!
