if there anything to help me?

I'm not sure if there is anything I can do, this is not my first pregnancy but first time I ever experienced anything like this. I started having contractions around 5pm Friday and they have not stopped since. They aren't as bad every time but I hurt off n on non stop. When I went to the er Friday night, they said I was having actual contractions but there is nothing they can do because I'm not dilating, I was only 2.5 so they sent me home. They gave me 2 hydrocodone and I could still feel the contractions pretty bad through it. Is there anything I can do to help dilate or make the pain go away? I can fall asleep but get woke up in real bad pain.

Depends how far along you are. If it's close around that time. Between 2 weeks early to 1 week late.. walking .squats.  that's to try to get things moving. As for pain taking narcotics isn't good. That can hurt the both of u and if u think 2.5 hurts babygirl I feel bad for you. Tylenol is safest .. best answer tho call a pediatric doc. Er doctors are ****
