spotting after period

I got my period last week.this week I spotted bright red on my undys,my tubes are tyed so my dr says.but see he also get me penicillian while I had my csection.so he was very croked as a dr.he could of said he tyed them nd didnt.is it poss im prego.im been dizzy,headaches,feeling sick in the mornings sometimes at night.I took a test it was neg,but can I still be prego nd it be to early for a test to be , positive.im 37 too.my boobs hurt to a touch but the night before we had  all night sex.but not to rough.help!im also getting cramping

I am in my ovulation days it was day two today is day three.last month I ovlated too,but got my period.on the 15th

A normal ovulation cycle starts 14 days after your first day of bleeding. To me it sounds like just remnants from your period. I'm not a Dr but it seems like you might not have ovulated yet. But everyone is different. Find a different Dr and get a blood test if your worried
