Im 37 weeks and 3 days but only 1 cm dialated but my cervix is really soft what do i do?

im 37 w 2 d and im dialted 2cm and 100% affected since 5 days ago .
and i dont really walk ofen cus of this heat . but sex is great for thinnin out your cervix . also for dialtion

I'm 37 weeks 1 day and I have zero dilation or softening. You could try evening primrose oil to help continue to soften. Walk, exercise ball, stairs, squats.
