Labor?

So I'm 38&4 days second pregnancy. Since yesterday I've been having, it basically feels like im on my period. But with contractions, dont they come and go? This is just constant. So i really cant time. No matter what I do, my lower belly just hurts. Like maybe a 4ish. Its uncomfortable. Could labor be soon? Or what should I do? If it is labor starting should i try to like start walking, stuff to keep it going? With my first they induced me.

Also, with you being at term I would start walking and being active. It could bring on the contractions where you could time them.

I've been experiencing the period cramping for days now. I was told to take Tylenol and relax. If that doesn't help them it would be best to get checked out. I did go to l&d Sat night. I told them I couldn't time them, it was constant. I'm only 35+2 but have been fighting preterm labor since 27 weeks. I hope I make it to at least 37 weeks if not farther.
