6weeks no heartbeat

Had my first ultrasound today. There was a yolk and fetal pole at 6 wks no heartbeat detected. I have not had any cramping bleeding or discomfort. Has this happened to anyone w a positive outcome?! Or end in miscarriage. I have to go for bloodwork now and am super stressed. Any advice for me?

It could just be a little too early to see anything yet.

Will be praying for you.  I sincerely hope all is well with your pregnancy.  Remember that EVERY day - every MOMENT of life is a gift.  Whether it is an unborn baby, child, adult, or elderly person.  Try not to worry about tomorrow, just enjoy being pregnant today and trust that things will work out how they are meant to.   Having had multiple losses of my own, I know how difficult the waiting game is.   Take care dear one.

When do you get your results of the blood work for the HCG?

Today sometime i guess. Still feeling preg and havung nvp no sign of mc yet
Resluts in dr office called said for me to go to the hospital emergency. After i told them i was not having mc symptoms they talked to dr said come in tomorrow its not an emergency. If i do not have mc symptoms by weeks end i will request another ultrasound as i do feel as if this pregnancy is progressing.

Still no signs of mc. Still have sore breasts and nausea gagging throughout the day still. Two of my friends have said they experienced the same situation and waited a few weeks and things were fine.

Thank you ladies! I certainly hope that that is the case and have been doing my best to relax. Blood tests starting today and i am hoping to see high and rising hcg levels over the next few days.

I hate to say this but breathe, try to relax. I know its close to impossible. But nothing you do can change the outcome at this point. It very well could be that you are not 6 weeks yet and the due date calculation is off.  Give it another week and they maybe able to see the heartbeat clear as day.  But stressing is not going to help your or baby xoxoxo

They could not find heartbeat at 6 weeks with my daughter. I think it's just early. My daughter is now 8 with no health issues.
