Try sleeping in a reclining chair?
Reclined, but not quite all the way.
Talk to a chiropracter, osteopath or physiotherapist about your sciatic pain, if you can.
Hope you get a good night's rest soon.
I had a lot of hip pain in the begining too. Try getting a gel foam or memory foam bed topper or a section to put on your side of the bed. I got a boppy body pillow, it was exspensive but it helped a lot (around $60) also a recliner, I take some of my best naps in our recliner and would of slept on it if nothing else worked. Chiropractor or contact your doc about siatica. I had it too, pretty badly for a bit and my doc gave me physical thearpy that had me well in just a few weeks. No flare ups since. Best if luck, I know how lack of sleep makes everything worse :/
Thanks everyone. I'll give it a shot. I'm turning into a monster I'm so grumpy!!! :/
You can sleep on your back if you want- just prop yourself slightly with pillows. You uterus is probably not big enough to really squish your veins yet anyway.
Get some gentle exercise in the day like swimming or yoga- that might help?
