Baby moves slowing down

I am 21 weeks pregnant, 1st pregnancy.
Since I was 17 weeks I can sense my baby moves, like little bubbles popping in my belly.
However, they slowed down a lot. Since yesterday, I can barely feel the "bubbles", only every many hours and very slightly. I used to feel them all day, it wouldn't be an hour without feeling the movements.
Since last Wednesday I have been on antibiotics (Metronizadole and Erytromicyn) prescribed by my doctor.
I wonder what's going on. I am a little concerned that she hasn't moved as much. Should I be concerned?

Yes, indeed, she seems to be just fine. I started feeling her moves very early too, and now she kinda has a "schedule" times of the day when she moves more, and less moves when we're sleeping. Love this connection with her! Thanks, you all! I was just too worried, and not reading the internet much is GREAT advice. xoxo

I have been able to feel the baby move for a few weeks now. Wasn't often at first but the last few days I have been able to feel them move around a lot. I'm 20w3d. It all depends on the baby's position and growth spurt times... they tend to sleep more when their growing a lot and then theres the whole less room in the tummy happening lol...

Hopefully, she's moved more since you last posted :)

You will continue to be in my thoughts. I am so glad your new doctor found the infection and is treating it...make sure he does a follow test to make sure it is cleared after you finish your meds.

Thank you all for your answers. I read indeed that the baby is taking more space and getting cramped, so that calmed me down a lot. And I did the orange juice thing, it works. She moves but less frequently. About my infections, I am not sure. The doctor said something about urine infection that I have had for a while, but he just told me on the phone and I went straight to the pharmacy to get the meds, didn't ask many details. I have recently changed doctors because I didn't feel that my first doctor was doing a good job, and sure enough, I probably had an infection going untreated (I actually requested a copy of my medical files with this previous doctor and there was a note from a lab stating I should be notified about bacteria results, but he never did so, and never prescribed me anything, completely ignored it). I know that I have a low lying placenta too, that has caused me scary bleeding a couple of times, and now I have been in bed rest for a while, but finally no bleeding nor spotting. The doctor said the placenta is likely to move to its right place, I am hoping for that. Thank you all very much, I'll keep coming back to see if there are any more opinions.

If concerned, you should talk to your Dr.  However, I can tell you that baby is growing now and taking up much more room.  So although the movements are more noticable, there is less room to flip around as much as they used to be able to.  Lay on your left side and drink something like orange juice or something else sort of sweet.  Count the movements.  I can't remember what they should be, but you can find that info on line.  That should reassure you.  However, once again, if concerned, this is a good reason to call your OB.  Good luck.

Mid-pregnancy like you are I had some days where I couldn't really feel baby move, and others where I could SEE him moving on the outside of my belly...he's now 3 months old. :)

I looked up the antibiotics you are on. Both are pregnancy Category B so should be safe. However, the infections they are used to treat CAN be an issue while pregnant. What did he say they were for?
