I think it's hard to say for certain being that you obviously have irregular periods.  To have it on the 26th of each month would mean your cycles are irregular.  A regular cycle is X amount of days...ie" period shows every 28 days, etc.  Also, to have heavy bleeding for 7 days is considered irregular, and probably something that should be discussed with your Dr.

The only way to know for certain is to take a pregnancy test.  But I would talk to your Dr. about your irregular cycles and bleeding.  Correcting that will probably help you get pregnancy faster.  Good luck.

The first day os my last period was August 21st. I counted 30 days after it started and the 30 days was on September 19th.  30 days came and went and nothing. Took a hpt and it came out negative. I woke up this morning with spotting which was a light reddish color. I am going to my doctors this morning and getting blood work done to see if it is the beginning of menopause or I am pregnant. I will find out in two days. I am 43 and my boyfriend is 60. I have had no pms, cramping or sore breasts. I am hoping that I am not, but there is still a chance I could be pregnant. I will let you know what happens.

It could definately be implantation bleeding if it is very light. Not everyone has it but I did for my last pregnancy. It was just the slightest tinge, I may not have even noticed had I not been watching every single thing! All you can do now is wait and see, there is no other way to tell until you can take a test. Good luck and keep us posted!
