Can't sleep

Any ladies out there having trouble sleeping all night?  If not,  what are you doing to help.  I've tried Unison. Thank you.

Try a warm bath and relaxing music the hour before bedtime. No electronics or loud noises.

I'm 33 weeks and having the same problem!  I can't get comfortable for nothing. Sleep maybe 3 hrs and right back up. I don't want to dope up on meds, but I see a few ppl suggesting benadryl. Anyone have any natural remedies?

I take a benadryl or 2 occasionally. But now at 38 weeks it is more frequent than it used to be.
