Anyone with any experience with bleeding at week 25?

Hi everyone,
so my pregnancy has been overall really great till yesterday when I started bleeding.  bleeding stopped but the doctor still jabbed me with corticosteroids just in case baby has to arrive early...
with 15 weeks left my husband wants me to take leave from my more physically demanding job asap.
I have a job where I stand a lot, they give me a stool to sit on, but when its busy I dont sit at all...

my other job is in consulting where I work mostly sitting down.  the next 1 week im on bed rest anyway... but  that the doctor has said to wait and watch for now....
any ideas or input wisdom would be great:) $$$ isnt an issue so much for us atm... its more I dont like letting people down and my employer is sooooo nice too...

Take it easy, I had slight bleeding while pregnant with my son 12 yrs ago. I thought not much of it and continued my daily routines. About 2 wks layer I went into early labor that couldn't be stopped and ended up having an emergency c section at 25 wks. Scariest thing I've ever been thru!!! My son spent 3 month in the hospital. It's a miracle he's perfectly healthy today. I wish I would have listened to my body and took it more easy! My best advise is to rest as much as possible and don't overwork yourself. In the end it's worth it!

doctor says cervix all in tact... ultrasound doesn't show any abnormalities... but doctor did say that sometime you can get slight lifting of the placenta which can cause the bleeding that I had.
thanks for the advice ladies:)
im staying positive and optimistic... but dont want to be in a position where I regret it for years if I continue working at something bad happens.

Did the doc say it ur cervix was dilating? Or maybe causing harm to the baby? Cuz I have bleed every trimester n I just bleed at 25 weeks a few days ago.. my doc said it was just the add blood flow to the cervix. Not harming the baby or even causing any problems to the pregnancy. So I'm still working still continuing my normal life n still exercising including running n lifting.

Blessing to you. I hope you don't take this the wrong way but I am quoting my hubby and he has very little tact. So please accept my apologizes.

"What is more important, delivering a healthy child after all those years of trying, or not disappointing people who if you got sick, or died tomorrow could replace you in less than two weeks."

He said those words to so many times during this pregnancy, when he thinks I am overworking myself I can quote him.
