I'd gone to a ear nose and throat specialist yrs ago. He told me that you can get headaches from alot more then ppl realize. First yes drink plenty of water. Rest.  And he'd told me chocolate and caffeine are huge in contributing to headaches..  So watch what you eat / drink. But also headaches are a big thing that happens in the first few months sometimes no matter what...  Good luck :) hope u feel better

Herbal tea.
It definitely helped me earlier in my pregnancy when i was nauseous or had headaches. :)

Have you been drinking enough water? Most headaches are caused by dehydration so my first thought is to increase water in take. My second thought is sodium, are you eating too many salty things or adding salt to your food? And my last thought is sugar, have you changed your diet in any way where you are eating more or less sugar? Your body might not be adjusted to that.
