Hello ladies, my baby is here

Hi girls, I know it's been a long time since I have passed by but have been in the hospital for over a month in bed rest due to having no cervix. Thus, I was prone to premature  labor and I did deliver at 25.5 weeks this Monday to a 2lbs. beautiful boy. I really thought staying in the hospiatl would have gotten me further in the in my pregnancy but, he decided to enter this world anyway. Now the journey begins for my baby to get strong and healthy, so ask for your prayers while he stays in the NICCU. I miss hime and can't wait for him to be home and into my arms.

Hope you girls are doing well.

It must be very hard not to be able to hold him. I will be praying that God will protect and help your little son and that the doctors and nurses will have wisdom and skill in caring for him so he will soon be big enough and strong enough to be allowed to go home. Congratulations!

Congratulations! I know you want your baby home, but I have a friend who found her preemie's extra hospital stay helped her recover and get the strength she needed to care for her baby once she came home. Hospital visits are not the same as home, but he'll still learn who smells like mom!
