Hi all, I am just wondering if any of you can help me out. I know ultimately I will more than likely have to see my GP about it but in the meantime just wondering if maybe someone can help me out. I am 19 weeks 4 days pregnant with my first, now I started getting colostrum really early in my pregnancy, around 12 weeks and I thought this was normal until my mum (who has had 8 children) told me that it was very early to be getting it and also so much of it ( its mainly at night and I end up with big wet patches on my bed and night clothes. ) I then looked for some information and discovered that in general it isn't supposed to come til the end of 2nd trimester. I just decided that maybe my body was different and just produced more but now I am concerned because for about a week I have been getting sudden stabbing sort of pains in my nipples and then they will go very hard and stay painful for about 5 minutes. It sort of feels like someone has bitten me very hard on my nipples. Is there anyone that could tell me what this may be? Sorry for the long post. I just wanted to explain it all properly. Thankyou in advance and i hope everyone is doing great x
