Had it with my 1st and 3rd. You'll be just fine. Be careful what all you read online.  Trust your Healthcare PROFESSIONAL. They didn't get their licence out of a gumball machine for a quarter.  They know and want what's best for you and your baby.

This is very normal and common.  Had it with my fist two. They will give antibiotics. Don't stress over it. Good luck.

I tested positive with my first and have had four other children since then. It isn't anything to really stress over. All of my children were fine. They never had any problems from it. They will just give you antibiotics and then all is well.
