I have devided my meals into 6 small meals (about the size of my fist) per day (I calculated my "feeding" times to every 2 hours) and when I am hungry in-between, I eat fruit, i.e. apple, bananna or orange whatever fruit is available, you will notice that you will not be as hungry (or crave) as you would be when you eat three times a day, I am gaining weight & baby is gaining too, but I am gaining a healty pregnancy weight - hope this will help, blessings
Just try to satisfy your cravings in moderation ;) And just think, you have all the time in the world to take the weight back off!
What do you do when you are craving and canot exercise? I have to be in complete bed rest after my Cerclage was done now that I am 18weeks because of my loss pregnacy last October I was 20 weeks I feel like I have gain 25 pounds and I still have more to go
but im hungry every 3 hours
Drugs!! Pregnancy cravings to me are like drugs! If I want a cookie, I have to have a cookie, ha ha NOW.. I think it's slowing down but at first it was out of control. Throw a little exercise in to try to counter act the indulgences :)
aparently, when you crave something it means you are just lacking in something. you could crave milkshake, and its your body saying you need more calcium. craving chocolate means you could be lacking in sugar. i notice with cravings i can eat my weight in something and it will still not be enough. try eat within proportions, light exercising like walking and try snack on fruit and drink plenty of water/ fluids x
Well, your going to gain weight anyway right? So might as well enjoy the ride!! Lol.
Try to stick to as healthy a diet as possible, but obviously now is not the time to be thinking about weight loss, or even weight maintenance. Indulge those cravings sometimes...enjoy!
