Hey girls!  I know I've been out of touch but I've barely had time to get on the computer. I do drop in from time to time to check on everyone!

I don't have much time but I wanted to post a couple new pics of my sweet baby boy.  :)  He's gonna be a month old on Sunday, I can't believe how fast time just went by.  He now weighs 12.4 lbs..he's really a big boy!  People think he's 2 months old...  lol

well, I have to go again but I wanted to thank all of you for your help throughout my pregnancy.  I really appreciate all of you.  :)

Melanie- You did really good with the weight loss.  I still have a little more than that that I will have to work on, but will work my butt off too get back to my old self. Are you breast feeding baby or bottle?  I know that they say you lose weight with the breast feeding, but with my two kids I never did take off that much probably like around 10 pds.  I just had to start cardio and do a low fat diet ...but that was  20 and  16 yrs ago.  There is no telling now how I will manage this weight.  I am just gonna breast feed because its good for baby.  Anyway, so glad you are bonding well with your bundle of joy. I hope I am next in line...Yay!!!!

Great job on the weight loss!! Everything sounds GREAT!! You two are lucky to have each other and that little guy!! How does your stepson like having a new baby brother around? My son is ecstatic!! And my daughter just can't get enough of him! It's great!!!

Thanks girls! I think he's a cutie too!  I've lost 30 pounds and I still have about 10 to lose..but overall, I'm pretty happy with my weight loss so far.  I started the gym last week so, hopefully it won't take too long.  I'm doing good, baby is sleeping good so mommy and daddy can rest. Plus, my dh and I are not working this summer so, it helps a lot to have him around.  He gets up during the night and lets me sleep. He understands that it's harder for me since my hormones are all over the place.. He's such a good daddy and he's soooo good to me too.  :)  I'm very lucky to have both of them.  :)

Your little one is very much a cutie!!!  Looks so much like your DH.  I can hardly wait for my little one to get here.......not too much longer for me.  So how are you doing after the delivery?  I hope well and are you back down to your pre-pregnancy weight?  You really looked great both way girly!!!

Ahh Melanie! Vincent is an absolute dream! I understand why you and DH are so proud! He looks just like his daddy too! Just stunning! Please give him nig hugs and kisses for me!! I just love him!

He is so good looking.... I felt the same way, my ds was almost 9lbs at birth and now is at least 12. (at 8 weeks tomorrow), your right Vincent is big! I feel like I never got a newborn!!

Thanks!  Yes, my belly was always measuring like 4 weeks ahead!  My dh and I are so proud of our big boy...I wouldn't have said that while delivering though but when he got out, I was happy!  Your son will probably be around 9 pounds..they estimate they gain about .5 lbs per week, although my Vincent gained more than that since at 34 weeks an u/s said he weighed 6.5 lbs.. At 40 weeks, he was 11lbs. He sure chubbied up during the last weeks!  Good luck, enjoy your last few weeks of pregnancy!   :)

He is sooo cute...and so big! He does look like he is a few months old as opposed to one month. I cant believe he was 11 pounds when you gave birth! I was actually going through some of your old posts last night because I had a routine OB appt and scan yesterday and at 32 weeks my boy is measuring 33 and a half weeks and they estimated his weight at 5 pounds and I remembered that your lil boy was always a week or two ahead and a bit bigger and DH and I were looking at your pictures of Vincent when he was born and he couldnt believe how big he was!! I bet you DH is so proud!
