I'm so glad that everything turned out to be way better than what you thought.  Sounds like he will be just fine and he will be taken good care of after he is born.  So glad the perionatalogist cleared things up for you.  So did they do the procedure to withdraw the fluid from his lungs?  I'm sure everything is going to be just fine.

Thank you girls!
I feel so much better!  The fingers and femurs are fine...femur about 2 weeks behind (previous DR said 6 weeks). The shadows on the kidneys and stomach are "unremarkable" so ok there! His lungs are great looking other than the fluid.

As far as his lungs, yes, he has a bit of fluid around right lung.  Caused by a virus or his lymph nodes are not draining properly.  The specialist is meeting with the surgeons/my DR/pediatrician at the local hospital and in Boston to determine where best to delivery Noah.

Depending on if this is a lymph node blockage or virus (test will be back Tues) that will determine course of action right after birth.  Either way, he will have fluid drained AFTER birth unless something happens between now and then.

He will be watched closely every week.

Thanks for your suport. The DR  on Monday was horrendous and she scared  us unecessarily...this perionatalogist was fabulous!
