pregnant from not using condom briefly?

A couple days ago, I was having sex w/ my wife and couldn't have an orgasm. So, fo maybe 5 min., I took the condom off to see if it would help me come. I didn't go in so deep, and it still didn't happen for me so we stopped.
She is 38, has been off of the pill for close to 4 months, and I don't want her pregnant yet. Based on what happened, is there any chance she is?

It's cool. I've found out she's not pregnant. Some day I'll be hoping we do have a baby (instead of being nervous about it).

Hello!  Based from what you've said, it would be difficult to know for certain the probability of your wife becoming pregnant under these circumstances.  However, just because you did not ejaculate inside your wife's vagina, does not mean there was residual sperm that may have entered.  Although, I'm not a doctor, if I had to guess right now if your wife became pregnant, I would say no.  My husband and I have used condoms in the past, and for us, they were a major turn-off!!   There are many other options for birth control other than the pill you both could use to enhance your lovemaking, such as spermicide creams, foams, etc.  Please keep us posted!!
