Evenin Primrose Oil???

I'm 39+3days and just bought evening primrose oil that are 1000mg. Anyone help me on best ways and usage for it? 3rd child but first time using it

Hi! My baby arrived yesterday. I took epo for 16days dan insert 2 capsules vaginally for 1 day at night. I woke up the next morning, starting to feel some mild pain on and off. Exactly at 8 that night, the contraction became regular. I went to the hospital and ive already dilated to 5cm. My baby arrived at 12.15 that very night :)

Why put something in your vagina near your cervix That you have no idea what is in it or what it does... scares me a little! Just because someone says it's safe doesn't mean it is, example castor oil. Yuck! Have you tryed sex? Sex and orgasm are the 2 most likely and proven things to jump start labor.

Ive been taking epo 1000mg orally 2x per day for 15days. Im 39wks 3dys now, still no sign of labor nearing. I just hope that when it does, it will be quick one. I heard epo helps to soften your servic so when it dilates it will be faster and some ppl said that u wont tear..

2days. I just started takin it on monday. An i lost it recently. It didnt all come out at once it came out bits by bits.,Its works well u will feel ur cervix have opened up a little more everytime u use it.

How many days or weeks did it take till u lost ur plug

Put 3-4 capsules up your vagina as far as ut can go right before bed. I always stick.a needle an put a whole n each one first then do it but it doesnt matter the capsules will dissolve by itself. Or u can take it by mouth with your foid but i heard using it vaginal works better. It helped my mucas plug come out an help me dialate a little so i use it vaginally.
