Has anyone used both Progesterone inserts and Progesterone Oil for an FET?
I am starting my third and final frozen embryo transfer after 2 failed attempts and I am thinking about asking my RE if I can do both the inserts and the oil. My P4 number was only 7 for my last transfer and I was doing the Progesterone in Oil Shots.
Any suggestions or thoughts?

Inserts does not show up in your blood work.
Your p4 was too low. I would ask for a higher PIO dose. I did 2cc's morning and evening with this successful fet . Way more than I ever did with my last fertility doctor. And... even if your doctor says no, you can just give yourself more of the PIO.

If you do crinone inserts I would only do at night as theyget messy in the day.
