Olivia Paige is Born!

Hi all!  So, Wednesday night July 29th around 7:30pm, I was taking my nice long warm bath...around 9:30pm I got ready to get cozy for some TV, and I started having the most intense contractions.  At first they were about 11 minutes apart, then 9, so I called my OB who just so happened to be on call that night, and he told me to get to the hospital.  Luckily the hospital is less than 5 minutes away from our house, By the time I was admitted and on the table it was about 10:30.  I was dilated to 7cm...got an epidural,  (which stalled the process, because it really made my lower region pretty numb by the time I had to push) I had Olivia at 5am, Thurs July 30th.  I am home already, no problems, no complications, except my Va-JJ is a bit sore, all is well!!  I have pics but will take better ones, cause hubby and I were running on fumes through the entire ordeal...I will post as soon as I get some free time.  I can't believe I was anticipating getting induced in only a few days from that night...and it happened naturally!!  Thank God this is all over with!!!!!!  Girls, I want to thank each of you from the bottom of my heart for talking to me and sharing your life stories with me through this journey...I wish each and every one of you a blessed uneventful and healthy pregnancy, and the same to those of you faithfully trying!!  God Bless---now where's the damn wine--it's time for a drink!!! : )  Cheers!  XOXO Pam  By the way...she looks just like her little brother only with dark brown hair...Pam

Oh Pam, I'm so happy for you!   I'm thanking God that He has answered our prayers and  brought you and your precious daughter safely through your pregnancy and delivery. The pictures of Olivia are precious. May the Lord continue to bless you and  little Olivia!

Thank you all so much for your words of cheer and joy for us!  I am feeling pretty good, Olivia is such a good baby...we are up and running with breastfeeding, and she sleeps for hours inbetween, giving me much needed rest time.  This has been such an incredible experience, I am so blessed and thankful.  My hubby is off the next 2wks, but I may give him the boot before then : )   I'll be watching the forum for BFPs, and watching you post as your pregnancies progress...this ole gal is completely closed in the babymaking dept!!!!  Remember to keep on TTC and don't give up hope, you'll have the baby of your dreams someday very soon!  Warm thoughts to all, Pam

See what happens when you go according to God's time.  Instead of a doctor's schedule, you changed your mind and went with Olivia's schedule and she was RIGHT ON Time and delivered by the dr. of your choice.  CONGRATS!!!!!!!!!
