My Cervix Wont Open. If I Ask My Doctor To Strip Ny Membrane Will They ? Help Please I Need To Know , Does It Hurt What Do They Do

Like busybetty just said. It all depends on your dr. If your in your last week they usually will strip your membrane.  Like the previous comment there will be the pop and soreness. The stripping of the membraines really didnt help me with my last pregnancy.  I had 2 be induced at 41 weeks

Yea if your on ur last week most will. Some docs dont like doing it, but mines did last year with my son. It dont hurt that bad. It was a quick pop sound and i was a little sore for the next day or so. But it helped me start having contractions that same day.
