I am feeling same way for a week now and on monday went to doc and they told me i was 3cm dilated but by tuesday night pain got little more frequent n bit stronger my contractions r 4-5 mins apart n i we nt to hospital its false labor.. try laying on ur left side and if you dont get contractions its not labor thats what they told me.. and also a warm shower and if that calms you down its not labor.. hope this helps n good luck!
