I pass out listening to my hypno birthing CD that came with the book.  I wake up with the plugs still in my ears if my hubby doesn't take them out for me!

A body pillow has helped me my whole pregnancy and also keeping my bedroom cool. Hug a body pillow and prop your belly and leg up on it or whatever u think is most comfortable :)
And i also sleep with a big t shirt on only. and usually have my hubby rub my back  try all them for

The tea usually helped me too, and as silly as it may sound, i used to lay on my side, with both my pregnancies, and i used to just rock myself slighty and that helped me alot because it also would help my kids calm down too.
