Cramping is perfectly normal. I read somewhere that if you are going to miscarry bleeding will come first and the cramping a day or two later. That's what happened to me last October at 8 weeks. I'm now healthy and pregnant with a little boy at almost 21 weeks. You should be fine. A lot of women lose their first baby and carry the second one perfectly. Good luck.
I have had a little cramping on and off too. I wld try not to worry, but completely understand. I read that it was normal. It's funny telling you not to worry when i have worried about everything..but isn't that what we're all here for, to help each other thru this?? Good luck kk619..my prayers are with you and your baby.
I also experienced a fair amount of cramping. Throughout really. It is typically nothing to worry about unless it becomes very painful, or is accompanied by bleeding. It's pretty normal. But as Nola said, always mention any concerns to your Dr.
I had the exact same thing for most of the first 8 weeks. My OB said the cramping (it felt like mild menstrual cramps) was from the uterus expanding. I would not worry, especially since you are not seeing any blood, but if you would feel better, mention it to your doctor. I can imagine how anxiety provoking most symptoms are after a loss - sometimes it is useful to put your mind at ease. Congrats and wishing you an uneventful 8 months.
