5.5 weeks.today i had bit bleeding just on wipe but worried.need help plz

Im 38 n i had surprise preg.already got 3 kids 2 boys n a girl.but I'm excited for this preg.had an ultrasound on my 8th week n been told that im 5 weeks preg n she found no yolk sac n fetal pol so i was already worried.but today i had light bleeding like only on wipe n it made me scare.
Did anyone had this kind of experience?
Does it means i had or having miscarriage?

It could have been a "bruise" which can lead to heavy bleeding. It happens in 1 in 100 pregnancies. Its where the sac didn't attach correctly and moved a bit. You can still have a very happy healthy pregnancy even with it. Its also not uncommon to not see a fetal pol at 5 weeks.
How are things going? Do you have an update? I have a similar situation that I just posted about.
If it's not heavy bleeding and you're not passing clots it's probably not a miscarriage.

Thnx for ur reply n encouraging words.no i didnt pass any blood clot but I just been to the toilet n had a pink mark on the wipe again.can't do anything about it just praying for the best.
