Oh, & I just remembered that my mom's placenta too gave out when she preggo w/little ol'me;) I was born 2 weeks post her due date, & had been loosing weight & I was 5 pounds 4oz. & w/ SUPER long nails, I guess even though I was receiving the propper nutrients I should have the last few weeks, my nails kept growing & growing!
I know Ryder will be just fine, I was & that wa 40 years ago!
Thanks for the update. I'm so glad that she was able to deliver him before it could get worse. I'm sure Ryders in good hands ;)
I was worried something wasn't quite right, so happy for her that they both were taken care of immedietly.
omg i am so relieved it is ok!!! yes he is perfect, i can totally relate to his size. i cant wait to see pics, im so proud of you amanda, he is finally here!!!!! did her dh make it for the delivery? this has turned out to be quite the day for baby news here in medhelp land, someone has been watching over us hasnt he?
When she went to L&D for the fainting, they only hooked her up to the monitor to check Ryder's heart and everything looked good, the next day she had her OB appointment and they did some blood work and they were sending her for an ultrasound on Friday and that is when they found everything and she went right over to L&D.
Jeez, I almost had a heartattack, I'm so glad she was able to deliver him and he is being cared fore in the nicu. I had a bad feeling when we hadn't heard from her and I was thinking she might be having a c-section. I'm so glad they are both okay.
Congrats to them,
Joanne
