Could I be pregnant?

Hello,
I have a 4 month that I breastfed full time until I returned to work. My husband and I were not using any form of birth control but were told that I can't get pregnant while breastfeeding. I just had my 1st cycle last week (ended on last Wed or Thursday - today is thurs of the following week.) I had my baby on Feb 1st. I'm told this is also normal because I was breastfeeding. Well the last couple of days my breasts have been really sore. My milk dried up I think a couple of weeks ago. I have been tired the last few days but I also get up pretty early and work out several times each the day which I have told myself is why my appetite has picked up. I took an early response yesterday that came out negative. Should I still be concerned?

It doesn't sound like it, but wait a bit and take another test just in case.  Good luck to you.

I've been working out like crazy myself & I too have noticed that my appetite has picked up - my husband explained the reason (can't remember it right now - LOL).  With a negative FRER, I too assume you're not pregnant

Exercising will increase your appetite for sure.  If you just ended your cycle last week, you probably haven't even ovulated yet so I would have to say no to the pregnant.  Although breast feeding full time will usually delay your period, it is not a fool proof form of birth control.
