Worried

So im 36 weeks pregnant have only a few weeks left. And I have a friend who was three weeks past due date and misscarried yesterday I feel so bad dont know what to say but now I cant stop haven nightmares so I have stopped sleeping im so scared something is going to happen just to see happen to a friend had really put a toll on me. Any advise

If you are having recurrent anxiety and nightmares and cannot sleep, your doctor or birthing center consultants most likely have some recommendations and counseling in place. I would encourage your friend to get involved in a perinatal loss group as well, ESP if she does not have other outside therapeutic resources.most delivery centers have these resources available and listed on their website  I'm very sorry for what you are all going through, and praying for you both

Hi, 1st of all I wanna say im sorry 4 ur friend nd her loss. All u can do 4 ur friend is let her kno that u r there 4 her no matter what. I dont kno y ur friend was even 3 weeks over her due date b cuz u only suppose 2 go over ur date by 2 wks nd ur doctor suppose 2 set a date 2 induce u da day b4 ur due date. On ur part u r gonna feel some type of way of course cuz it happened 2 somebody close 2 home but dont stress urself out 2 da point where u stop sleepin nd stop doin other things that u need 2 b doin b cuz its not good for ur baby, whatever u feel ur baby can feel as well so pls jus try 2 calm down a little b4 u jeopordize ur baby.
