Size update/ultrasound!

Just an update on the size of the baby! I'm 30 weeks, and baby is measuring 32 weeks. MD doesn't seem overly concerned - said the baby is on the "high end of the average scale." He is measuring 4 lbs 6 oz right now, and the abdominal circumference is in the 98th percentile. The doctor said he's fairly sure he'll be inducing me at 38 weeks. Oh yeah...and they checked all organs and such, checks for cleft palate (sp?), etc. Everything is perfect, heart rate is perfect, heart rate increases with movement like it should - so everything is healthy! WOOHOO! Almost there...I think I can, I think I can....lol.

Lisa - the room is semi-ready. Crib is up, room is painted...but no bedding or anything. Any my friend still has my changing table, so I should be getting that back soon. I wasn't gonna decorate until after my shower (June 13th) so I could see what I still need after that.

Blueeyed - Six weeks ago was the first time he was "weighed" and they said he was right around two pounds. 28 oz, I think.

Everyone else - thank you for the well wishes! I'm starting to get both excited and worn out. LOL. Eight more weeks...I can do anything for eight weeks, right? :-)

That is great news!  It's so exciting when you get to the "30 week mark" cause you can see the end in sight!!!!

Wow, he sounds like he's going to be a whopper, lol! Good thing your being induced:) How much did they estamate he weighed at 20 weeks?? I am very curiuos as to what my little girl weighs now:) I wish I only had 8 weeks left! I hope it flys by for you:=)

Yay!!  Sounds like a perfect, healthy little guy!!  Tricia, that is so wonderful....and in 8 weeks you'll be snuggling your little man in your arms!  I am so happy for you.  Hey, curious, how are your other kids doing.  Are they super excited to meet their little brother??  Congrats girlfriend!!!
