I'm not sure! Now my body is not pregnant will I ovulate in two weeks? My cycle is about 32 days! Also because we have been trying for 10th months do I still take dilate? I've been taking it for months now. Also is fish oil safe?

I had a D&C and then became pregnant before I had a cycle and that pregnancy is our now 4 yr old. The OB did not want me to become pregnant because a D&C can weaken your cervix and I ended up having a cerclage that pregnancy but cannot for sure say if it was due to the D&C or not. I just had a baby 3 weeks ago and also had a cerclage with that baby so I may just have issues with a weak cervix.

Yes you can it just takes a little while longer for your body to get back to its normal cycle after a d&c rather than a natural miscarriage, I ovulated 6 days after I finished bleeding, your hcg levels have to get right down as well, you could go and get another blood test to see where your hcg levels are then I would start using ovulation strips

You can fall pregnant before a period after a D&C.  No guarantees, though.  You might or might not ovulate on a regular schedule.
