5 weeks dull right side ovary pain

Hello,
I am 5 weeks along. Today I started having a dull ache in the area of what I believe to be my right ovary. My ultra sound isn't until the 13th of April. I am a little bit of a worrier. Has anyone had these types of pains in early pregnancy? Oh, and I don't have any other symptoms of pregnancy, but that's not entirely out of the ordinary for me :)

I hope that's all it is. I am waiting for my ultrasound now. Hopefully they will be able to see something this early :)

I had that to on my left side. I was worried it was etopic, so I went to the ER. Dr said I had a cyst on my ovary and it was normal to have it. The ovary releases extra hormones and it can cause a cyst. As long as there's no bleeding and the pain doesn't become severe, you should be fine.

When I first found out I was pregnant I had the same pains. I was scared it was ectopic, but it just turned out to be round ligament pain. I'm 16 weeks and still get the pains but now I get them on both sides. From what i understand I'm going to continue to have them as long as I'm pregnant. I personally I just kept an eye out for bleeding and other symptoms of infection and hemorrhage. If you're really worried call your doctor and see if they can get you in early to check.
