am I ready ???

I have been having lower back pain really bad it comes and go , and at 6 a.m today they were really sharp and intense .. when I walk around it tend to flare up n gets bad.. im 37 weeks eexactly today .. don't wanna go to the hospital if its normal .. plz someone give me advice

Okay thanks you guys its been 3 hours , im on my way to  labor and delivery now !! Ill keep you guys posted .. my pains are getting worser

You can have the baby anywhere between 32 & 40 weeks.  Baby will be born when baby wants to be, for the most part. Are you dialated at all? Keep track of the contractions as suggested and go or call dr if they are less than 5 min apart.

Oh ok because I was thinking it was false May be I didn't think my baby could come at 37 weeks

You could be in early labour I had my first at 37 weeks. I'm currently 34 weeks pregnant with my 5th. If I was you I'd contact your midwife and tell her your symptoms just so they are aware. If the pains get stronger and come every 5 minutes go to the hospital good luck x

When people post "bump" It bumps your thread to the top of the list.  Start counting the contractions. See If they are coming regularly and go from there
